Jimmy the Greek – Toronto FC Greek Heritage Night Activation
As the proud partner of Toronto FC and the Greek restaurant of the city, Jimmy the Greek brought its brand spirit to life during Greek Heritage Night. The activation embodied the brand promise “Eat like a Greek to achieve like a Greek” by celebrating Greek heritage, food, and fandom.
We started with a pre-game post on social to build anticipation and spotlight Jimmy’s partnership with Toronto FC. On the game day, we featured a videoboard and gave away free merch at the stadium.
At halftime, the activation came to life. We invited 3 fans named Jimmy or James to step into the field during halftime and had them try to score a penalty shot. Whichever Jimmy won, their row got $25 gift cards!
The moment was amplified with video boards before and after the show.
As a final celebration of Greek Heritage Night, we posted a wrap up video on social.
